Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by SUPERIOR Formulas (we, us, our). This Policy is part of our [Terms of Use] and should be read together with our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

 

1) Where we ship

• United States: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

• PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS only. Some services may be unavailable.

If an item is restricted in your location due to local regulations, we may cancel and refund that portion of your order.

 

2) Shipping costs & delivery estimates

• Standard shipping: Free on all U.S. orders

• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment.

• Expedited options: [2‑Day] and [Overnight] services are available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Remote areas/AK/HI: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote locations may require additional transit time or a surcharge.

Delivery windows are estimates and begin once your order ships. Carriers may experience delays during holidays, severe weather, or events outside our control.

 

3) Order processing times

• Orders placed Monday-Friday by [12:00 pm] [PST] typically ship within 1-2 business days.

• Orders placed after the cut‑off, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

• During peak periods or launches, processing may extend to 2-4 business days.

 

4) Carriers & tracking

We ship with [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL eCommerce] based on destination, speed, and weight. A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

• Multiple shipments: Large orders may ship in more than one box; you will receive separate tracking numbers.

• Signature requirement: [Required for orders over $300] to help prevent loss or theft.

 

5) Address accuracy & changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.

• If you need to update an address before shipment, email support@superiorformulas.com with subject Address Update - Order #[number].

• Once an order is processing or shipped, we�re unable to make changes or reroute packages.

 

6) Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cant locate the package:

Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/household members.

Look for a carrier notice in your mailbox or building office.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Email support@superiorformulas.com within 7 days of the marked delivery if the package is still missing.

Well help open a trace or claim with the carrier. Replacements or refunds for lost/theft claims are handled case‑by‑case once the carrier completes its investigation. We may offer a one‑time courtesy replacement at our discretion.

 

7) Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@superiorformulas.com with:

• your order number,

• photos of the box, packing materials, and product, and

• a brief description of the issue. Well arrange a replacement or remedy per our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

 

8) Pre‑orders & backorders

• Pre‑orders: Payment is captured at checkout. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and in confirmation emails; dates may change due to manufacturing or carrier constraints.

• Backorders: If an item is back‑ordered, well ship the in‑stock items first and the remainder when available [or: hold the order to ship complete] at no additional shipping cost.

 

9) Heat‑sensitive shipments (seasonal)

Some products may be heat‑sensitive. During warmer months we may:

• ship early in the week to avoid weekend holds,

• use insulating materials or cold packs for certain regions, and

• temporarily limit expedited options to maintain product quality.
Cold packs protect during transit only and may arrive warm; this does not affect product efficacy when promptly brought indoors.

 

10) Order cancellations

We begin processing quickly to get your order out. If you need to cancel, email support@superiorformulas.com immediately with subject Cancel - Order #[number].

• Well cancel if the order has not begun fulfillment.

• If the order has shipped, please refer to our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for next steps.

 

11) Undeliverable or refused packages

Packages returned as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, refusal) will be refunded minus:

• original shipping (if paid), and

• a $5.00 return shipping/processing fee. Were happy to reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.
