We stand behind our formulas. If youre not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery under the terms below.

 

Quick summary

• Window: 30 days from delivery (carrier timestamp).

• Opened items (first purchase): Refund for one (1) opened unit per product; all other units must be unopened.

• Return shipping: Prepaid label available; $[5.00] deducted from refund (waived if the return is due to our error).

• Exclusions: Final‑sale items, gift cards, and third‑party purchases.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Your item was purchased directly from SUPERIOR Formulas at www.superiorformulas.com.

Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery (per the carriers tracking).

Items are sealed and in original packaging-except that on a first‑time purchase of any given product, one opened unit is eligible for a refund so you can assess taste/tolerance.

Items must include all accessories, promotional inserts, and (if applicable) free gifts. If you keep a free gift but return the qualifying item, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

Not eligible: final‑sale items (clearly marked), gift cards, heavily used or damaged items, and products not purchased from us (please contact the original retailer).

 

How to start a return

Email support@superiorformulas.com with subject Return Request - Order #[number].

Tell us which item(s) youre returning and the reason.

We'll reply with a prepaid return label (U.S. orders) and instructions.

Drop off the package within 14 days of approval.

Prefer your own carrier? You may ship using a trackable method to the address below. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

 

Return shipping & fees

• We can provide a prepaid label and deduct $5.00 from your refund to cover return shipping.

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), the label is on us-no deduction.

• Original shipping charges (if you selected expedited service) are non‑refundable.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

• If your return does not meet the eligibility conditions, well contact you. We may return the item to you at your expense rather than issuing a refund.

 

Exchanges

We dont process direct exchanges. Please start a return for the original item and place a new order for what youd like instead.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@superiorformulas.com with:

• your order number,

• photos of the box, packing materials, and product, and

• a brief description of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

Missing, lost, or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cant locate the package:

Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/household members.

Look for a carrier notice and contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Email us within 7 days at info@superiorformulas.com so we can help open a trace.

Replacements or refunds for loss/theft are handled case‑by‑case once the carrier completes its investigation. Consider a secure delivery address or signature confirmation for high‑value orders.

 

Bundles, kits & promotions

• Bundles/kits: If returning part of a bundle, your refund may be prorated at the non‑bundle price for items you keep.

• BOGO/free gift promos: Returning a qualifying item may require returning the free item; otherwise, its retail value may be deducted.

 

Subscriptions (if offered)

You can cancel or skip an upcoming shipment any time before the renewal cut‑off shown in your account/confirmation emails. Once a subscription order ships, it follows the standard return policy above.
